ATTENTION! **NEW** 2019-2020 Physical Education Classroom Expectations
As our school year starts, we would like to set-up clear classroom expectations for all our students K-8! During the first few classes we will be discussing/reviewing our expectations.
We also would like to have you spend a few moments with your child to complete a quick form reviewing & accepting our Physical Education expectations/policies.
**Please complete a seperate form for each child that attends our school.
We ask that you submit this form by Wednesday, Septemeber 11, 2019. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. O'Shea or Mr. C, via our school email.
