Is your child entering Pre-K, Kindergarten or 7th grade? Are you new to the New Haven Public Schools district? If you answered yes, you must make sure to have an up-to-date physical and required vaccines on file!

All forms must be submitted by August 15th!

Orientation is the opportunity to learn about school policies and procedures, find out your child's homeroom assignment and receive assistance in accessing your PowerSchool Parent Portal (required to complete district MANDATORY forms).
